Placing a credit freeze on your credit file can help prevent unauthorized access to your DataX credit report.

If you are concerned about identity theft, data breaches, or someone gaining access to your credit report without your permission, you might consider placing a credit freeze on your DataX credit report.

Also known as a security freeze, this free tool lets you restrict access to your credit report, which in turn makes it more difficult for identity thieves to open new accounts in your name.

You can place, lift or remove a freeze on your DataX credit report free of charge online or by mail. To manage your freeze online, please click HERE to go to the DataX Freeze website. To manage your freeze by mail please complete the Credit Freeze Request Form and mail it to the following address:
